Afin de recycler le PSA, le gaz ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 adsorb\u00e9 doit \u00eatre d\u00e9sorb\u00e9. Une fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9sorption est de faire une pression d\u2019air dans l\u2019absorbeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la pression lorsque le gaz est absorb\u00e9. Comme il est imperm\u00e9able \u00e0 l\u2019eau, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 comme colonne de garde pour s\u00e9cher les gaz avant que celui-ci n\u2019entre dans l\u2019absorbeur de gel de silice, donc le gel de silice \u00e0 pore \u00e9troit ne fractionne pas parce que l\u2019eau contenu dans le gaz a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9ch\u00e9e par le gel de silice imperm\u00e9able.<\/p>\n<p>Le type granulaire FNG peut servir \u00e0 raffiner l\u2019eau. Il peut \u00eatre recycl\u00e9 apr\u00e8s lavage et s\u00e9chage.
