Le gel de silice peut prolonger la p\u00e9riode de stockage de bi\u00e8re de 180-240 jours et garder la bi\u00e8re sans une froide turbidit\u00e9. Elle n\u2019affecte pas la mousse de la bi\u00e8re ou le go\u00fbt. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques sup\u00e9rieures, il n\u2019a pas aucun effet n\u00e9faste sur la mousse de la bi\u00e8re ou le go\u00fbt. Il est prouv\u00e9 par la pratique que le gel de silice de bi\u00e8re est le plus s\u00fbr stabilisateur de bi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement reconnu par l\u2019industrie de la bi\u00e8re dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>Il permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019effet de filtration. Il est chimiquement stable et n\u2019est pas soluble dans la bi\u00e8re. Sa superficie et sa structure poreuse est \u00e0 la fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la diatomite. C\u2019est une sorte de filtre id\u00e9al aide en aidant la diatomite dans la filtration, ce qui rend la bi\u00e8re plus lumineuse et plus claire.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux m\u00e9thodes de transformation de la bi\u00e8re, un par stabilisateur biologique (proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de st\u00e9rilisation) et l\u2019autre par le gel stabilisateur.
